We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Mystery Boxes
Because mystery boxes are curated and packed specifically for you based on your preferences, they are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on mystery box orders.
However, if your mystery box arrives damaged, contains a defective item, or was clearly not packed to match the preferences you submitted, please contact us within 7 days. We will review and resolve each case individually.
Regular Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit. Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo showing the damage or defect
We do not accept returns due to change of mind on regular products.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you received the wrong item or something was missing from your order, contact us right away and we will correct it at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued as store credit. If a refund to your original payment method is warranted (for example, an item that could not be replaced), please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Mystery boxes (see above)
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Items that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear
- Orders where the 7-day window has passed without contact
