Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Mystery boxes may take an additional 1 to 2 days to pack since each one is curated individually. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Shipping Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days after processing
• Expedited options are not currently available but may be added in the future

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods are outside our control.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package has not moved in more than 7 business days, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier on your behalf.

Uniquely Veronica is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
